Booking and cancellation

Review the room description, guest capacity, floor access, bathroom arrangement and house rules before booking. Check-in and check-out arrangements vary by property; contact your hosts if the room page does not answer your question.

Confirmation and payment

Select dates to see the total for your stay. Online bookings are confirmed after payment verification and an availability check. Dates are held temporarily while you complete checkout. If payment is received after availability changes, the booking needs host review; contact us before paying again.

Cancellation policy

• 10 or more days before check-in: full refund.
• 5 to fewer than 10 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Fewer than 5 days before check-in: no refund.

To request cancellation or ask about a payment, contact auroviehomes@gmail.com or +91 82872 49336 with your booking reference. A booking status change does not itself process a payment refund.

Special arrangements

Early arrival, decorations, extra bedding and other special requests depend on availability. Some arrangements are chargeable; your hosts will confirm any additional cost directly.
